Production,Distribution and Exhibition

 
Post Production
includes location scouting and are contracted for the shoot, identifying props and coustumes, casting is completed, crews are hired, a schedule is prepared and the script is divided into scenes by location and  the casting requirements to make shooting the scenes as money-efficient as possible.
Production
Is the actual shooting of the scenes for the film and the recording of them.
Post Production
Involve making the final edit of a film that will be released to the general public. This includes; fixing mistakes not corrected during the actual filming, looping where actors re-record dialogue to improve the original delivery, add in non-diegetic sounds bring in foley artists to create non- diegetic sounds.
 
Marketing/Distribution
Advertise film though posters, make a trailer, get as many reviews written, get as many editorials written, get the stars to star at shows. radio interview, social media such as; Facebook pages and Twitter, billboards, bus adverts, word of moth official website made,may include publicity tours, promotional posters and DVDs, Blue Rays and soundtrack albums.
 
Exhibition
(Has to be well distributed to be shown at cinemas.)
Consumption
shown in Cinemas
Movie Rental
Online.
If the film is made by conglomerates then a film premire is usually holded to grasp the interest of the consumers as the more known celebrity actors star in the film, the more likely people will want to watch the film.
Merchandise for the film being made to promote it futher.
